Nottingham Forest record in the FA Cup & League Cup since I started going in the 1967/68 season. I calculate then that this season (2013/14) is my 47th.

 

Points to note:

 

1) The Quarter-Final in the FA Cup is Round 6, where as the Quarter-Final in the League Cup is Round 5.

 

2) During our 3 seasons in League One, we entered the FA Cup at the 1st Round stage, where as every other season it would be the 3rd Round.

 

3) There has been some variation in the League Cup, where sometimes we have entered in Round 1 & others Round 2.
